El Est\u00e1ndar de Competencia EC0076<\/strong> est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado para evaluar y certificar a las personas encargadas de verificar el nivel de competencia laboral de candidatos, con base en Est\u00e1ndares de Competencia reconocidos oficialmente por el Sistema Nacional de Competencias.<\/p>\n

Este est\u00e1ndar se orienta a quienes tienen la responsabilidad de planear, organizar, aplicar y emitir juicios de competencia de forma objetiva, profesional y \u00e9tica. Los evaluadores certificados bajo este est\u00e1ndar garantizan la calidad del proceso de evaluaci\u00f3n, asegurando que los candidatos cuenten con los conocimientos, habilidades y actitudes necesarias para desempe\u00f1arse eficazmente en su funci\u00f3n laboral.<\/p>\n

Durante el proceso de evaluaci\u00f3n, el est\u00e1ndar contempla tres funciones principales:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. \n

    Preparar la evaluaci\u00f3n de competencia<\/strong>, lo que incluye la revisi\u00f3n del est\u00e1ndar y la planeaci\u00f3n del proceso.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    Recoger las evidencias del candidato<\/strong>, aplicando instrumentos de evaluaci\u00f3n validados, de forma presencial o a distancia.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    Emitir el juicio de competencia<\/strong>, tomando decisiones objetivas con base en los criterios establecidos, y comunicarlo formalmente.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Este est\u00e1ndar es fundamental para el fortalecimiento de los procesos de certificaci\u00f3n por competencias, ya que asegura la imparcialidad, la transparencia y la confiabilidad en la validaci\u00f3n de conocimientos y habilidades del capital humano.<\/p>\n

    Certificarse en el EC0076<\/strong> abre oportunidades para desempe\u00f1arse como evaluador en centros de evaluaci\u00f3n acreditados, instituciones educativas, empresas u organismos p\u00fablicos y privados. Adem\u00e1s, contribuye al desarrollo profesional y al reconocimiento formal de quienes se dedican a impulsar la calidad y productividad en los diferentes sectores del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n
